This site is operated by Zoom Cafe Bar, South Cave Business Park, Sand Lane, South Cave, Brough, HU15 2JQ.

What we collect

Booking details — your name, email, phone, party size and special requests when you reserve a table.
Contact form messages — your name, email, subject and message when you write to us.
Site analytics — anonymous, first-party (no Google Analytics): pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), browser, device, referring site.

Cookies we use

We do not use third-party advertising, tracking or social-media cookies.

cookie_consent — remembers your choice in the cookie banner. 365 days, first-party.
PHPSESSID — keeps your booking/contact form working between page loads. Session-only.

How long we keep it

Bookings — kept for up to 24 months for record-keeping, then deleted.
Contact messages — kept for up to 12 months unless we're still corresponding with you.
Analytics — aggregated indefinitely, but no personally identifiable detail is retained beyond a 30-day window.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold, correct anything wrong, delete it (where lawful), or stop us using it. Email us with the subject "Data request" and we'll respond within 30 days.
